Ólafur Arnalds is a local musician that has had great success abroad, but it has been a quiet success, which probably fits his low-key music. He places himself between pop & rock and classical music, mixes strings and piano with electronic loops and edgy beats, erases the borders of the usual and captures a whole new audience or a mixture of the old one. Here we follow him on his trip across the UK, playing music in all sorts
of different and often unusual venues, and in between he tells us stories of life on tour and the struggle to make good music.
