Anna Karín is a filmmaker based in Reykjavík, Iceland. She graduated from the directing and producing department of the Icelandic Film School in 2019. There she made the film XY which has been selected for screening at close to 45 film festivals all around the globe. Her graduation film Milli tungls og jarðar (Between Earth and the Moon), which she made with Hekla Egils, won the best picture of the semester.
