Arnar Már Vignisson started making short films as a teenager after studying media in high school. He saved all his money for a few years and made a documentary and a short film. Both unfinished because he was not happy with the results. Then he turned his attention to writing. He turned thirty and thought it’s now or never. He applied to the Icelandic film school. There he gained the confidence to start making short films again.
