Davide and Clemente are a duo of directors, called CRIC, born and raised in Italy, who have built their careers abroad by shooting advertising films. Their collaboration began during the university years in the Faculty of Letters and Philosophy. They got noticed with their first self-produced commercial, sponsored by Poste Italiane and thanks to which they have won prizes in the main international festivals. They love to define their style as an „aesthetic realism“. Their ambition is to combine a refined aesthetic with a genuine narrative that has its roots in reality. They surround themselves with the best professionals and are extremely demanding with the actors, with whom they always try to deepen their roles and enhance their performance. The short film „La Tecnica“, their first non-commercial work, has its world premiere at Leeds Int. Film Festival and its national premiere at Torino Film Festival.
