Óskar graduated from the Icelandic Academy of the Arts 2014 and the prestigious National Film School of Denmark in 2021. He has a wide experience working with visual artists. Primarily working as cinematographer and editor. And also as a screenwriter and director of short films. His graduation film Frie Mænd from the Danish film school was nominated at the Cannes film festival at the in the Cinéfondation – La selection. He is currently developing a feature-length version of FREE MEN, which has been selected to pitch at Nordic Talents, organised by Nordisk Film & TV Fond.
