Tom Nicoll is a Scottish writer and director, whose films have screened at festivals including Palm Springs ShortFest, Tallinn Black Nights, and Edinburgh International Film Festival. He has had a short film funded through Creative Scotland’s SFTN Emerging Talent Scheme which was screened on the BBC and is in funded development for a feature film with Screen Scotland.
