The festival takes place in Reykjav\u00edk. Our main venues are H\u00e1sk\u00f3lab\u00ed\u00f3 and the Nordic House.\u00a0<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

RIFF screens films of all genres: feature films, documentaries and everything in between. Both international and Icelandic films are screened, both short and full-length.\u00a0<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

A Festival Pass gives the passholder unlimited access to all screenings at RIFF, special events excluded. A single ticket is only valid for one screening.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

When you buy a ticket online, you will receive a QR code via email that you will need show at the door to gain entrance to a screening. If you prefer, you can also get a printed ticket in the ticketing booth in H\u00e1sk\u00f3lab\u00ed\u00f3.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

RIFF offers a 20% discount on Festival Passes for students and senior citizens when presenting a valid student ID at the ticketing booth in H\u00e1sk\u00f3lab\u00ed\u00f3. Children's tickets for children under 12 years old are available online and onsite.\u00a0<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Single tickets are not refunded except if the screening is cancelled, and Festival Passes are non-refundable. You can exchange a ticket to a screening for another up to 30 minutes before the screening starts.\u00a0<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Yes, all screening rooms in H\u00e1sk\u00f3lab\u00ed\u00f3 are wheelchair accessible. If you are in a wheelchair or have a mobility impairment and are on your way to a screening in room 4, please contact staff at the ticketing office to obtain elevator access.
