RIFF\u2019s special events, where the festival teams up with some of Reykjav\u00edk\u2019s best restaurants, are always hugely popular \u2014 unforgettable evenings, unmissable for true gourmets who appreciate good cinema. Two truck drivers stumble upon a failing roadside ramen shop run by the widow Tampopo. She asks them to help transform it into a top-tier noodle joint. What follows is a heartwarming, flavorful tale \u2014 a cinematic ode to the joy of food.
\nRIFF\u2019s partner for this tasting event is Ramen Momo, founded in 2014 on Tryggvagata by ramen chef and entrepreneur Kunsang Tsering and his wife, Erna P\u00e9tursd\u00f3ttir. To this day, Ramen Momo remains Iceland\u2019s only ramen eatery, and the first to produce organic, handmade noodles from scratch.\n\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
