from all festivals across the network.\n<br><br>\nOn December 2, representatives from New Horizons Film Festival, Transylvania International Film Festival, and Vilnius International Film Festival led a powerful session on Volunteers and Sustainable Human Resources, sparking an inspiring discussion on best practices and how we can collectively prepare for the challenges ahead.\n<br><br>\nOn December 3, colleagues from Thessaloniki IFF and FilmMadrid delved into Inclusion, Well-being, and Mental Health, sharing both the obstacles they\u2019ve encountered and the meaningful steps they\u2019ve taken over the years.\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4256438 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4256438\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div
