Hilke is a writer/director whose work revolves around rural communities, coming-of-age, intimacy, isolation and the sea.

She is a Alma Screenwriting Studies graduate (2019), a Berlinale Talents (2021), European Short Pitch (2020), Screenwriting Lab Film Fund Hamburg / Schleswig-Holstein (2019) alumna.

She is part of independent film collective Super16 in Copenhagen and currently develops her feature film debut, which was selected for Scandinavian Debut Pitch at Haugesund FF and Tallinn Black Nights Baltic Event.
