Að lokinni sýningu verður spjall við Helga Pé\, formann félags eldri borgara og sálfræðinginn Sjöfn Evertsdóttur um kosti og gleði þess að eldast. \nShelf Life er hrífandi heimildarmynd sem fjallar um matarmenningu og listina að lifa. Í myndinni kynnumst við litríkum karakterum um allan heim sem hafa helgað líf sitt ostagerðarlistinni og stórum spurningum um lífið og tilveruna er varpað fram. \n// \nRIFF\, Mekka and MS present: A special screening of the documentary Shelf Life\, with a cheese and wine tasting by MEKKA. Post screening there will be a Q&A with Helgi Pé of the Icelandic association of retirees and psychologist Sjöfn Evertsdóttir about the joys of growing older. \nShelf Life is a journey through the world of cheese. Parallels are drawn between the aging process of cheese and human life’s journey.  The viewer is  introduced to a cast of colorful and worldly characters that share their unique perspectives on decay\, dissolution and the art of crafting the perfect cheese.
