We are pleased to remind you that it is still possible to see films from the festival on the Web. This week, for example, both full-length animated films and animated shorts are being shown, with access to seven shorter films in one screening. These films are available until Sunday and you should take advantage of it if you were unable to see them at the festival. The full-length animated films available are Archipelago and Cryptozoo, both of which have been nominated for numerous awards at festivals around the world. You can view the pictures here.

Premiere of Kollapse
This week RIFF also premieres the film Collapse where a group of artists, musicians, writers, filmmakers, human rights activists and leaders from around the world have a conversation about the future of our planet and the challenges humanity must face in the coming future. KOLAPSE is a film that encourages us to reflect on the rapidly increasing greenhouse effect and societal crises so that we feel the need to address the problem.
Icelandic Panorama
Next week (October 25th – October 30th) you will be able to see films from Icelandic Panorama. You will be able to see the entire short film program and three full-length films that all premiered at the festival. This should be good news because these films were sold out when they were shown at the festival. They are Are You Icelandic, Acting Out and Owls. Enjoy.
