RIFF, the Reykjavík International Film Festival, is just around the corner and this year it will be held in University Cinema and for that reason we would like to invite university students to join us at RIFF Warm-up in the Student Basement on September 15th at 8pmThere we will premiere RIFF's impressive program, offering student discounts on festival passes. The RIFF pass which is valid on all photos for 11 days on is on 13,000 krónur. Unique price for this one day only.
The festival has a Spanish focus this year, emphasizing the new wave of Spanish cinema and the increasing impact of filmmaking on social issues, the environment, and human rights.
Ebba Sig. is the host of the evening, a DJ keeps the party going, and beer is available while supplies last! A lucky wheel with great prizes and of course popcorn with the beer to create a good atmosphere for the movie party that is about to begin.
