It was a joyous occasion today when RIFF received a grant from Barnamenningarsjóður- an Icelandic children’s fund to organize the course Girls Film! in the countryside.
Girls Film! is an educational program where girls and transgender youth are introduced to the basics of filmmaking. The project will travel around Iceland to give many more teenagers the opportunity to take part in this empowering and important project.
